So the adventure begins. A Pair for Care is on the works. Got banners printing, got boxes and drums to set up and hold the shoes for drop offs. I'm trying to spread the word about A Pair for Care program. I am so excited to get this up and running. I just hope people can fall in love with the idea of giving. For the most part, everyone I've talk to has been as excited as I am, the idea is very infectious. I got at least 6 pair of shoes to give to the cause. |
Ran into some challenges, but definitely, we find a way to make things work for a good cause. I got nothing but love, All Day!!! |
It's been a hectic day, but then people started to come through and drop off shoes. I was like WOW!. I was touched and seeing people making that effort to give just made my day. |
So we've been receiving shoes since yesterday, and we have them up on display in front on a table. One thing missing was our A Pair For Care Banner. People would walk by the store and think that we were selling them. |

Announcing our first fund raising event on Sunday, June 14, 2009 at JJ Clothing in collaboration with Fast Pace Racing
We will have a RC Cars and a track available for rental for $5.00 for 30 mins for racing or you can drop off shoes used or new and you can have fun and race the Rc Cars. All proceeds will go to A Pair For Care Foundation.
